All sales are final day on the day of sale. Certified or traveler's checks from out-of-state buyers or personal checks require a letter of responsibility from the bank. Personal checks accepted from Connecticut buyers with proper ID. Unreserved public auction. 10 % buyer's premium. Refreshments available on premises.
